Mr User,

Considering the notification [cais # 122828] of January 28, 2015 [use of Torrent to download copyrighted content] we reaffirm the need to ensure the correct use of Campus Araguaia Internet network resources.

In this sense, in order to avoid further inconvenience to the Institution and the opening of complaints, we request [once again] the complete elimination of the following undue uses of the Internet network and the machinery infrastructure of Campus Araguaia:

  • Copyrighted softwares / content as well as the distribution of these;
  • Access sites that contain pornographic material;
  • Practice any type or form of fraud;
  • Send offensive or harassing material to other users;
  • Practice hacking;
  • Create or transmit defamatory material;
  • Intentionally entering “viruses” into systems;
  • Use of peer-to-peer (P2P) software such as Kazaa, Morpheus, E-Mule, Torrents and the like;
  • Use of streaming services, such as online radios and TVs, and the like;
  • Use non-institutional “proxy” and other softwares like “ultrasurf”;

The Consequences:

  • Opening of an investigation to establish liability;
  • Suspended / Blocked access to the Internet services of Campus Araguaia;
